The item I received was not what I ordered or as described, in either the product description, title or image. It was inferior card, poorly cut, poorly packaged. The card is much thinner than proper Graduate Mountboard, it was mottled & very poor quality. The seller is lying about what they're selling, sending knock off product. I contacted them: they offered a 10% refund which I refused. I returned the item but had to ask Ebay to step in as seller didn't refund.

It was well packaged and arrived flat as expected. Its delivered condition was perfect especially no corner damage. Overall I thought it was good value for money having compared with other items.
