  Good Customer Service Handled Issue Well. Sale, Shipping was good. The internal foam of the mic was disintegrated, causing issues. Customer Service was good: fast response and enough of a refund that I’m happy. Given foam is a common issue with RE20’s, quality check may not be very thorough. At the end I got a very good price and can handle the repair myself. Someone not able to do minor repairs would’ve had more trouble with this particular order, but their customer service seems to be great.

  The product arrived in superb packaging to ensure no damage. Both the Telos phone units booted up great with PoE and worked great with my Telos VX. There was no noticeable damage and the signs of use matched the description of the listing. I appreciate the pricing the seller provided.
