  I was looking forward to buy a high-end quality Full Automatic Espresso machine and end up buying this Franke A1000. The value was just right and the transaction went great. The shipper sent it with proper carrier and it arrived on time as instructed. It came on a pallet, properly packaged in great condition. Appearance is excellent. I haven't tested it but hopefully it will work great...

  I received a brand new sealed box with shrinkwrap , that was discovered the item has been opened , a few ceramic bricks put inside it, and then glued shut, resealed, and shrinkwrapped to make the item look brand new in box!. Hopefully the seller picked it up at a thrift shop this way and we are both victims, however he answered no questions of where he got it, and changed the subject to how the item was shipped by ebay international shipping, and was not responsible, Have to claim / chargeback.

  Ebay immediately refunded you for this item. I CLEARLY stated in my emails to you, that this came from a music store, brand new. The item was received at your address on the 20th. International shipping, which I had nothing to do with, then shipped it to Canada. If the item was tampered with, that is where the problem most likely happened. Again, you were refunded within hours of you reporting your issue.

  You never immediately refunded anything, Neither did ebay. I have had to open a return case and return the item by printing a return label and driving all across town to DHL.
