However, while the box that it was shipped in wasn't damaged in anyway, the actual item box was in poor condition. It had a huge gouge on the front left side. The original plastic was still on the box but was ripped through where the gouge was. I have no clue how this happened but the item itself was in perfect new condition otherwise. Everything works as intended and the item itself came undamaged.
