    Drives arrived beautifully packaged in foam designed for transporting HDD's. All tested good and showed low hours (likely tested at the source, hence the "open box", and by the seller prior to listing). Everything was as expected. Only aside is that I'd originally requested a total of ten (10) HDD's, but the seller was only able to fulfill the order with five (5). Not what I'd originally hoped for, but this was clearly communicated post-sale. I'm happy with the transaction.

    Disappointing Ebay Experience! Seller’s Listing pictured 2nd generation Echo 10 Show in ALL listing pics which is what I ordered / expected, but Unfortunately I received a 2nd generation Echo 8 Show. They apologized for sending me the wrong item and I inquired if they would exchange my incorrect cheaper Echo 8 Show for the correct Echo 10 Show that I ordered? They informed me that they could not do an exchange through EBay? Makes me think they never had the Echo 10?

    Arrived in 10 days over the Thanksgiving holiday. Thanks!!! This is an authentic HPE drive in original box. There are a massive number of counterfeit drives on eBay, especially the drives advertised as SAS 15K 12G. An authentic HPE drive box has two HPE hologram seals (one for the box flaps on each side) and the box label shows the serial number of the drive inside. I am wary of drives shipped from outside the USA because it is not possible to return the item within the eBay 30-day limit.
