    From observation of the box, the content was extremely well packed this was ideal for transportation. As yet, I have not had opportunity to use the product so unable to comment on its quality and value. However feel that the seller cared about what he sells to customers.

    Made purchase by error immediately after a sec notified the seller never responded all my messages EBay sent several messages only to see the order has been delivered 5 days latter I don’t need this order please advise once received sending it back bad service pinning customers to get things they don’t want

    I was mislead by the photo in the ad for the item . A pallet of boxed items . Stuff I could sell on . The box I received has no value and nothing I could sell on . Either I get a refund or I bin it as it has no value

    I ordered 4 but received 2 followed by another 1 after messaging the seller about the issue. There was a delay in messaging from the seller and communication was not clear or in keeping with eBay issue resolution guides. The listing says 2x Philips Lamp bulbs but you may not receive 2. Product itself is okay. It works but out of the 3 I got sent (which were questionably packaged) 2 are the same (UK) and 1 is different (EU) causing them to dim at different points.
