    There was a slight delay with the delivery of this blanket, but that was clearly communicated and actually arrived earlier than the revised delivery date. The battery arrived with a 50% charge, and it charged up fully without issue in a short amount of time. The heat is very generous within the blanket, and because my Mom's power keeps being turned off for safety reasons I wanted something that would sustain her as needed. Great value, item was as described and seller was excellent!

    Shipping was amazingly fast and efficient (for USPS). The item was shipped in the original packaging and matched the description from the seller perfectly. I feel the price paid matched the condition of the item as well. I would absolutely do business with this seller again.

    Seller responded fast and answered my questions. They let me reorder after I put in the wrong address originally. One star off since the bag is missing a rod, but the seller didn't know that. Bag is in amazing condition and is like new. Fast shipping and well packaged.

    The shipping was timely and the packaging was heavy duty. Unfortunately the battery would not take a charge. I contacted the seller and their response was quick along with a suggestion to jump start the charge. That did not work and I requested a refund. It took a few days but the seller issued a full refund. I would have liked to give them a full 5 star review, but 4 stars only because I now have to find another battery that delays the use if the vacuum. But I would recommend this seller.

    Excellent transaction experience. Exactly what was pictured and described was what I received. I ordered a total of three of these travel pillows. Each were individually packaged, and boxed well. Item described as used, but appears new. What a great deal, and win for me. Would highly recommend seller, and be happy to work with them in the future.
