Phoned with a tech installation question and immediately answered. Well packaged and arrived safely. Cannot recommended seller enough. 5 out of 5. As to product. Its okay. Some sound loss and quality loss if in used in a professional studio but as there are so little XLR matrix products on market had to make do. If used in showroom, office, theatre, church or similar environments then great product. Simple to use.
