Fast responses and very communicative, he caught and resolved my error on ordering. What I bought is a bad combination of Heavy, Bulky, Odd Shaped and Fragile Electro-mechanical device. This seller took special care partially disassembling and packing sensitive components in a separate smaller box, and reinforcing the large heavier box so that the unit received no damage in shipping. After re-assembly the item was exactly as described in the listing.

This model has a case that turns brittle over the years (it's from 1996-ish) and no damage at all was found. Seller is easy to work with and very good at communication. I'm very pleased.
