  Unfortunately the teapot arrived broken, which was disappointing, however when I reached out to the seller they were extremely kind and helpful, offering either a partial refund or return with full refund. I appreciated the promptness, professionalism, kindness and solutions based mindset. I would buy form them again knowing they guarantee their items and provide customers options when things do not go as planned ( even when they can’t control it). Thanks!

  Item was discribed a little wrong. This cup is actually Everett's Lighthouse. The seller did show the bottom of mug. Very happy with purchase. Packed outstandingly and shipped quickly.
