We bought this to replace a faulty power pack, messaged the seller to make sure it was the right one, sellers communication was excellent, they answered any questions we had and replied straight away, the price was really good compared to others, the product was dispatched promptly and I was able to track where it was, the item arrived within a week, I left this review for a week whilst we used the item, the item works perfectly had no issues with it, would highly recommend

The item in question overheated after just 30 minutes to one hours use so much so that it burnt me as I pulled it out of the cigarettes lighter as I smelt smoke, it certainly not fit for purpose and dangerous. and also the laptop I was charging with this item, no longer turns on this has totally fried my battery. I am furious.
