  I highly recommend this seller. They responded quickly and were extremely helpful when it seemed as though the package might have been lost by USPS. Happily, the parcel arrived the very next day. USPS had not treated the package kindly and the outside box was damaged but the seller had packaged the china very carefully and it was in perfect condition, as described in the listing. Excellent value! Thank you so much.

  Although the item was not the correct sub model listed, it was the item pictured and was described accurately. Based on my interactions with the seller, it was an honest mistake. It happens to everyone. My item arrived promptly and communication was very open. I would definitely purchase from this seller again.

  The unit arrived to me very well packaged in a large box, with paper padding all around. Laptop was in the bag and triple wrapped in bubble wrap! It arrived to me in incredible condition like seen in the photos, and functions as listed. Handling time was overnight and it arrived to me almost instantly, which is saying a lot as I am across the US! Thanks again, it will be a great addition!
