  Great packaging. Fast posting. However, tracking by USPS was subpar using third-party curriers to pickup and transport items without updating tracking. I contacted seller and received an immediate response. Item did show up on time and in great condition. Did not recieve an update in USPS tracking until morning item was delivered. It went straight from Pre-shipment to Out for delivery with nothing in between. Seller was great! I highly recommend this seller and will purchase from them again.

  This was the perfect red case for my older iPad for a great price. Unfortunately it arrived in unusable condition so I sent photos to the seller who refunded me promptly without fuss! I packed it up to ship back to the seller but they insisted the photos were enough to refund without returning the damaged goods. It’s so refreshing to deal with wonderful sellers such as this. I’m going back to their store to see if I can find a replacement since fabulous merchants like this are hard to find.

  Price is very good, but both batteries arrived with minimal or no charge. Batteries are often shipped with low charge, especially lithium, but one has no charge and one very low. My phones are "unable to charge" which may be an issue with the phones or with the batteries. Seller responded quickly to my concern and has offered a free replacement, but I will wait to see if it is my old phones that are the problem. Which I suspect is true. I do recommend this seller. Very trustworthy.

  Quality was amazing. Condition of the overall item was great and packaging was awesome. value of the item was great. Appearance overall 100%. did have issues with shipping took 2 weeks to get here idk i think it was USPS fault.

  Description of the item was not entirely accurate; it did not come in a white box and does not appear to be completely new, but rather gently used. Shipping was very fast, which is always highly appreciated.
