  The item was exactly as described in the listing and was even more beautiful in person. Shipping was efficient with reasonable shipping cost and the seller gave me an OUTSTANDING price on the item.   The only problem with this order is shipping time. Ordered on 12/4/24 and shipped on 12/10/24. Seller mailed earrings in a cardboard envelope but had no tracking. Because of this I (and the seller) had no idea where the envelope was when it didn't arrive in a reasonable time. I messaged seller that I would wait until 12/26/24 to file a claim, which I did. Seller issued a refund on 12/31/24. The envelope arrived that afternoon.

  I ordered four of the beautiful pendants shown on Sellers merchandise. What I received was plain silver with some type of colored stone at the bottom back that was nothing like I saw. I had ordered from another Seller two pendants that looked like this Sellers item. I contacted Seller couple of times but no response. It is okay as I know sometimes Sellers have issues with products too. I forgive.

  Seller's listing showed colors ... but couldn't tell gray from black. No description of color, only a number. I noted on the comment section of the sell info, I wanted BLACK, seller ignored the sales comment and shipped on my guess of the correct color number. ((( Seller did give a discount ))) ... but I still have the wrong color covers.
