  Item arrived in factory packaging, which was adequate to protect from any damage in transit. Unit is brand new with the installation CD included. Shipping was fairly fast from the east coast, although when I purchased this item, the listing stated it was coming from Texas. It is exactly as described, and I trust this will work for my application troubleshooting test equipment.

  One of two units was DOA. Great communication from seller and replacement was furnished. item was listed as new but probably was not. All in all at the end of the day we got what we needed, it just took some time.
