    The item was in new packaging and perfectly described. It was shipped quickly and very well packaged. The item is beautiful.     Absolutely amazing seller that I would recommend. The item was in immaculate, brand new, condition as described but also well packaged so there were no issues with damage during delivery. Delivery was fast and came earlier than expected. I’m so pleased with my item as it’s unavailable in my country and I’m fortunate to have found an honest seller who was able to sell me the item as such a reasonable and fair price.     The seller responded very quickly to my issue and refunded my purchase and shipping cost before I had a chance to tell her that I was able to fix the hat with help from Google. Steam and heat can be used on paper straw hats to reshape them. I learned something and I thank the seller and will gladly do business with them again.
