    Shipped timely. Package incl all original boxing and packaging that the manufacturer puts in. Color and style were exactly as described. Ondition was new. I'd order from this seller again.

    Shipping and package: I received the 1st serum order. 50 % of the serum in the bottle remained because it leaked out during the shipment. I notified the seller about the leakage. The seller offered to replace the serum. I advised the seller to wrap the 2nd shipment in bubble wrap to protect it during shipping. They did. However the serum leaked again. I received 80-90% of serum. I examined the 2 nd bottle of serum. The bottle doesn’t have an inner seal. Stop selling!

    Pinkeepromise contacted me regarding the issues with the 2 wigs I purchased. I didn’t realize I could have returned them for a full refund including shipping. I’ve missed the cut off date for returns but she gave me several suggestions to remedy the situation. I appreciate her excellent customer service— even on a holiday.

    We have 30 day free returns. It's now well over a month of wear before we find out there's an issue. Sad that we are getting hit with a neutral feedback, when we provided exceptional customer service (order related issue that we needed to correct for buyer) and delivered brand new items super quick, and would have also paid for return shipping.
