  Unlocking much cheaper than quoted elsewhere & done within time frame quoted. However, aftersales service was pretty abysmal. Messaged them twice to ask when would get phone unlocked, each time they told me to read item description. If that had been clear, I would not have needed to ask! I felt they were treating me like an idi8t. I was not sure whether the time frame they quote in the description was to unlock it or receive a code to unlock it & they refused to answer and referred me back to d

  We do not know where to start on this one. We responded to all your questions, maybe there is a language barrier. Over 100000 people used our service and we never encountered this issue with a customer as unlock process and time frame is clearly explained in the item description, just need to read it. If English is not your first language, there is Google Translate.
