  I have purchased from this seller on multiple occasions without incident, this time the USPS sorting machine decided it wanted to eat my package. After several weeks I received a bag containing remnants of what was supposed to be my order. I contacted the seller and explained that it wasn't his fault what happened but without hesitation Larry processed my original order and shipped out a replacement within 3 days. I will continue to use this seller for all my future purchases.

  Items were shipped promptly and well packaged. USPS held on to them for a couple extra days but that is not on the seller. I ordered multiple items and everything arrived in pristine condition and as described, Good quality parts to finish a guitar build. Reasonable pricing and able to combine shipping. Excellent seller. Will use again if I need parts.

  Item showed up blazing fast, was packaged securely and exactly as described brand new in original packaging. I couldn’t be happier with the purchase, the value of having all the different viscosity’s plus the tips, activator and remover all in one solid hard case is indispensable and definitely cheaper than buying them all separately for sure. Great seller I will definitely be buying from them again!

  Product is as described and is great quality. This being said my order was flawed when I received it. I contacted the seller right away and let them know. They acted very professional and fast and sent me a replacement the next day and it functions perfectly. Great product and outstanding seller. Looking forward to doing more business with them.

  Item as described, fast shipping, all good, except shipping cost was totally outrageous for two 1/2" round by 1/32" thick vinyl washers! $7.09 for a standard letter envelope with two tiny washers in it.

  I ordered the wrong item (nickel instead of chrome) and contacted seller next day to fix the problem. He hadn't shipped so canceled the original order and sent clear instructions (and a link) to order the correct item. Super helpful and easy. Part arrived a day early with a free sticker and useful measuring tool business card. Very happy with the seller, the part, and the experience. I saved money buying here, rather than from Germany, where the part originated.
