I have not assembled it yet but i have removed it from the box and checked out all pieces.There is no damage to any of the pieces and the hardware package and instruction book are all there. The tight timeline I was under was a concern but, these houses shipped out quickly and arrived in record time. Nicely packaged, no shipping damage, there is a slight split on the rim of the piece that acts as the roof flap on one but, I suspect that it is factory damage from screwing in too deep during manufacture. No big problem, the same can happen during home assembly so buyer keep that in mind. Thx!
