    Seller sent package really fast, it also arrived fast via FedEx. I had trouble with customs and the seller was really helpful and responded fast. The unit i received was in better shape than the pictures, unfortunately the packing was insufficient and arrived with multiple damages, but it didn't affected the working condition, however after i sent some pictures of the damages to the seller he immediately suggested by himself a partial refund for repair the instrument! Nice! Overall recommended!

    The box was a little smushed when it arrived, but had been wrapped in plenty of packing materials that prevented any serious damage. Shipping was very prompt, the product arrived a full 10 days earlier than estimated. The figure itself is exactly as described, brand new condition.

    My teen son is collecting the Fumo plushies. The item arrives nicely packaged, in its original plastic bag, with the badge announcing it as official merchandise. We had great communication from the seller, and it was the ideal purchasing experience.
