    All as described from this 5* seller, coupled with prompt dispatch & delivery. Additionally, CS answered my query regarding quantity of pouches ordered as listing title stated x 48, but description text confusingly stated x 24.(noticed after I placed the order!) A prompt reply on BH Monday allayed my fears and the item (x48 pouches) was also delivered on the BH Monday = great service, thank you.

    Always efficient service from this seller. Item was as described, well packaged and good value including postage. Sometimes a problem with the delivery firm with leaving a heavy parcel at the end of the driveway but this time it was delivered to my front door. Thank you.

    I have purchased many times from this seller. A damaged bag advertised as approx. 20kg but was only 15kg still a little cheaper though. Postage high but heavy item in a thin plastic ripped sack, thanks glad there back in stock will by more soon.

    Food item as described but toy fell to bits within hours. Despite buying two other items, one with free packaging, items arrived separately four days apart. Company advised items dispatched from different locations, hence extra postage costs. Slightly disappointed. Response very courteous but no refund offered. ☹️
