  Seller was very quick to respond to my inquiries. Fast shipper. Item arrived in a well secured package. The item was better than described. The door strike was broken in one picture but the item arrived with the door strike already fixed. Some buyers have complained about the shipping charge but given the effort the seller went thru to wrap and use abundant of packaging materials to safeguard any damage during shipping, the shipping cost is justified.

  It was the correct part for our washer. It was in good condition. It would be helpful if the color was in the description. We asked the seller when we put in the bid, but there was no response to our question. Offer was accepted & shipped. Result: color did not match. Next time, put in low ball offer so it would not be accepted, then maybe question would be answered. Lesson learned.

  Panel arrived had a few scratches on them that I didn’t see in the pictures. Well package though and the package came a little late, which is the shipper’s fault not the sellers fault.
