  Shipping was fast, packaging was great, great value, and item looked to be as described but the item was defective. The bulbs wouldn't fit in the actual handheld device. I reached out to the seller and the immediately gave me a refund. Customer service was great! Although my item didn't come in as expected I would recommend this seller!   I purchased this shelf specifically because it had 10 hooks, which was ideal for my needs. Unfortunately, the shelf I received did not match the one featured in the pictures; it had 23 hooks instead. The seller has a no-return policy and did not respond to my message regarding this discrepancy.   Seller was Awesome! United States Postal Service NOT SO MUCH. Took them a month to deliver this package. Clearly not the Sellers issue. Wife has almost not let this machine sit idle for more than a couple hours since she got it.
