  Seller took forever to ship item; didn't create shipping label until I contacted them, then never delivered item to post office. Cancelled item (coded as cancellation requested by buyer), claiming that post office lost their shipment. Same exact item is still available for sale in their online store...seems highly unlikely. I understand that holidays are busy for everyone, but really don't appreciate being fed a line.
