I knew going in this wasn't an official Disney product, but the description said mug was ceramic. Received the mug pretty quickly, but was not ceramic. P plastic or maybe epoxy. The price was low enough where I'm not upset. Just a heads up to anyone who's thinking of grabbing one.

I had to contact paypal and report to get my refund which took weeks because paypal had to wait for seller to respond, seller did not respond. Do not waste your time with this seller!
