  I almost feel obligated to leave neutral feedback when there is a mistake with my order. But the way that this was handled would make anything except positive feedback unfair. I bought and paid for two of the tubing cutters, but only one was shipped. The seller refunded me enough to purchase the missing one from another seller at slightly higher price when higher shipping was figured in. There was the potential of a lot of bad blood, but it went as well as it could. Thanks!
