  The item I received was not the item ordered. When I contacted the seller about the mix-up, they sent out the correct product and told me I would receive a return shipping label for the incorrect product. That was shortly followed by an update telling me to keep the incorrect product "as a gift for the inconvenience." A couple of days later the correct product arrived. I applaud their customer service and responsiveness. Mistakes happen but they corrected the problem immedidately. Congrats
