Packaging (2 very sturdy cardboard boxes & a few foam blocks) was a little concerning, but the PC made it here without damage, like new. A shipping delay and an inventory problem was disappointing, but PC-BUY was prompt and clear with their communication and gave us a discount to adjust for comparable parts. I definitely recommend this seller for their good communication and great value.

Reached out too the seller she they shared since info for be to try. When that didn't work they sent me a return label with no issues and refunded my money you returning the items. I have ordered a gaming PC, and when I received it, it was malfunctioning, and as an IT professional I know systems can malfunction. I contacted them, and they promptly responded and initiate refund and they gave me the option to send new one that I declined.

I refused. They shipped the computer the next week. In the end, I got the computer at the originally listed price. It had not been cleaned. It was properly packed. All advertised parts are there, and everything works. I will not do business with pc-buy again.
