  I ordered two carbide drills, but the seller carelessly packed both in a single bag without any protective wrapping such as the original drill container or at the very least, dipped in wax. As a result, the drills arrived with chipped flutes due to contact during shipping. Very disappointed, especially given how brittle and precise carbide tools are. Proper packaging is basic — this was a preventable issue. Would not buy from this seller again unless packaging improves.
