  Item as described and delivered on time. I was using the delivery to pick up location rather than my address. There was a mess up due to the Yodel label not including a complete eCP code that enables the location to indicate they have it for collection. I went there showed that number to the staff and they found the parcel and sorted it out. The vendor was patient and helpful through this and I only relate to advise other people how to deal with this problem.

  This wasn't a good transaction but an EXCELLENT one! Teapot was extremely well packaged to arrive without damage/breakage and in no time at all (considering it was bought during the Xmas period!). Communication with seller was also excellent. Extremely pleased with item and transaction; would absolutely recommend seller.....AAA+++!

  Beautiful Belleek platter arrived safely due to very careful packaging. Quality of platter is wonderful and as described. Great communication with seller and an excellent experience overall. Highly recommend.
