  Fast dispatch, protective packaging to protect CD. Accurately described, great value, very competitive pricing as other sellers asking more for lower quality. I was concerned about late arrival of my Cd but the item arrived next day (Aust Post problem) and I appreciated the seller taking time to respond to my query in a timely manner. I understand handling these situations regularly must be super frustrating, but I felt the response was rather curt and could have been a bit more empathetic.
