    I will MOST definitely buy from this buyer again! I purchased 1 of the new flip phones and had an issue with it, I contacted the seller, they were very quick to respond and let me know that they would be glad to replace the phone. They sent me the return label, and soon as they saw I had sent the phone I had, they sent me a replacement with FedEx 2 day shipping! This buyer is honest, understanding and quick to reply! I highly recommend them!!!

    Got a weird version of the phone, contacted the seller, and they got me sorted out very quickly. I wanted a refund, they were understanding and guided my through the process. Very easy to work with, and I got my full refund for the device. The device itself was as listed, and came undamaged. I had to get a phone fast so I bought from someone else to be on the safe side, but I will definitely be buying from this seller again in the future.

    Item for $350 returned because it was defective and did not work. Only got a partial refund request requested to dispute the refund. They said they were sending me a full refund but it still reflected that they were sending me the refund. I only had five days and I didn’t use it at all. I put it back in the box and shipped it out back to the seller and bought another one.

    So I ordered a screen protector for my phone but mistakenly ordered it for the wrong year model. I messaged the seller (Partlogics 15829) and asked if I could return it. They went above and beyond!! They refunded me the entire amount and said there was no need to return the product. This is the kind of seller I would recommend to everyone!! Exceeded my expectations completely!! 5 stars and many thanks to you all at Partlogics!!
