I waited a week in case the person who actually received it would be honest and drop it off by my house, but that didn't happen. I contacted the seller, who apologized for the inconvenience and offered me a refund or a replacement, and I chose a replacement. It came the next day, which amazed me! I am a very happy customer! A+++ seller

But once again I have to take exception to eBay's occasional practice of marking an item as delivered when it has not been -- for example, handed over to another carrier. This has now happened to me at least twice. If I'm told an item has been delivered and it has not, I have to assume it's been misdelivered or stolen, and chase it down. eBay, stop.

The item never arrived, although tracking reported that it had. I notified the seller that there was an issue but that I did not hold the seller responsible because I felt that they had done their part. My goal was to contact USPS instead. The seller investigated for me and learned that the item was lost in transit and then refunded my money. It was honorable but not necessary. A+++
