  The bulb was exactly as I ordered. We did have a bad experience with the USPS. It seems the bulb was "lost" for several days by the postal service, then just as I asked for a refund for the item not showing up, and received the refund in about 10 minutes after asking, the bulb showed up in my mailbox several days late. So now, I have to figure out how to get the seller paid...
