    The seller quickly provided pictures of each plate and the condition was just as described. I have never had a seller ship so quickly! Such a pleasant surprise! One plate broke in transit and the seller quickly issued a refund (I had provided a picture). The plates were packed perfectly so it was due to UPS mishandling. But the quick responses and resolution throughout the entire buying process are exemplary.

    Excellent experience! This was shipped the day after I ordered it, packaged in a box (whereas many sellers typically ship in plastic bags), so it arrived without any issues. It was exactly as described and a really good price so I would definitely purchase from them again.

    I was told this item was new open box but it was definitely used which was kind of a bummer. Though, they did give me the options of returning the item or a little bit of a credit. Shipping was quick and packaging was good. The item was probably a tad high in price considering it was used. Still functions fine, though.

    As Described, Seller Used USPS for shipping and it is always very slow. Didn't receive item until 2-3 days after it was supposed to get here. All in All a good transaction though.
