  Genuine Pandora product, exactly as described and the real item looks better than pictured so clean and shiny almost like new. No postage costs & Super fast dispatch. Arrived packaged very well and I paid an excellent price because I brought more than 1 item from this seller, so I was given a great discount. I would definitely recommend this seller to anyone. :-)

  Bought two of the same charm but strangely only received one. Seller couldn’t explain what had actually happened with my order but they issued a partial refund straight away. Never had any issues with this seller before, having bought from them several times in the last few weeks, & this small blip has not put me off buying from them again. Can recommend.

  Listing said to choose alternate postage if needing a box. I paid the £7 option. Item arrived with no box, contacted seller who advised it was the £4 postage option which isn't listed. When I asked, I was told it could be removed sometimes due to stock availability of boxes, this isn't mentioned on the description. Asked if I could purchase one and no response. Really disappointed. As well as spending £7 on postage I'm not going to have to source a gift bag as this comes packaged in organza bag.

  Had a lot of correspondence with the seller has item did not arrive. Unfortunately royal mail admitted they had lost package. So this seller notified me and gave me a full refund. Would highly recommend this seller. Hope to deal with this seller again in the future
