  I wish I could give this seller 10 stars!! Every ebayer should handle issues and returns like this great seller! Accidentally sent the incorrect product upon contact/explanation of difficulty I would have with return, seller immediately sent out proper product (which I received within 3 days of contact) and arranged for incorrect product to be picked up and returned to them. All I had to do was place the package for pickup by USPS. I deeply appreciate the efforts of seller Thrilled! THNX SO MUCH

  Item was well packed and shipped promptly after a slight delay by the seller (which was mentioned in the product description). Item is of good quality . Seller sent two instead of the one I ordered, I presume this was done to compensate me for the shipping delay.

  I really like these cd cases and I buy them regularly from this seller. I am disappointed tho’ that my last message to them went unanswered. They ship fast which I appreciate but they do not pad the cases inside and there are always about 20-30 cases that are broken upon arrival. (I buy in lots of 200) the last two orders had a lot of broken cases. It would be helpful if they wrapped them in bubble wrap padding in the box. Also marking FRAGILE on the outside of the box would be helpful too.

  I bought four of the two-pack items. They were well protected in the packing, and arrived with no issues. And as I always do, I opened all the cases to ensure that none had any internal damage, and found them all to be perfectly fine. I definitely recommend them from this seller. If I need more, this is where I'll order them.

  These tins are perfect for what we need them for. A lovely good quality case exactly as shown with a great finish. They are somewhat fragile and a few were damaged in the shipping process, but PakPal was super responsive to my concerns and replaced any of the damage items that came through at no cost to us. They also worked with us to provide us with a quantity that worked for our project. Very fair, trustworthy shop and a good product. Would recommend and buy from again.
