  The item was shipped in a plastic bag with no protection of the collectable value of the item. It arrived with the package crushed. Multiple attempts to contact the seller for a resolution with no response. I do not recommend dealing with this seller.

  Great seller! Item arrived as described by seller and well before estimated delivery date. There was problem with package but seller quickly fixed it and package arrived 3 days after to me. Communication was spot on as other things. 5 SHINING STARS! THANK YOU!

  schnelle und zeitlich punktgenaue Lieferung- der gelieferte Schirm entspricht allerdings in der Machart nicht dem Bild im Netz- Größe und Farbe stimmen, das Bild suggeriert allerdings einen durchgehend aus Holz bestehenden Stil, de fakto ist nur der Griff aus Holz, alles andere Metall. Angesichts fehlender alternativer Angebote ( Deutschland wird z.T. nicht beliefert) noch akzeptabel, die Fotos sollten aber geändert werden.
