  Great communication. Seller answered every question promptly. Parts were double boxed and arrived in perfect shape. (BTW, I had ordered the same part from a dealership and it shipped in a paper sleeve and arrived damaged and mangled beyond repair.) Fit was perfect. Great price. Made a huge difference on my Challenger. Best Ebay experience in a long time! Will buy from this seller again without hesitation!

  This seller is a seller that really cares and response back to their customers. My daughter needed to replace one of her car’s tow hitch access hole cover. The package tracker said it was delivered on 2-1-2025 but she could not find it. I texted the seller and they responded right away. They stayed in touch with me for the next 12 days. My daughter said she finally received the package on 2-14-2025. This seller has a great product and price and offers service after the sale.

  Purchased item but never arrived. Seller did stay in communication with me throughout the entire process (1 month. From the time of purchase until I received a full refund) I know it was not sellers fault for item to get lost. After a part leaves their store, they have no control over it. We put our trust on big shipping companies to connect a seller and a buyer, but some how they manage to lose or damage packages. Unacceptable Still highly recommend seller because of his honesty and patience

  I just received my order. This vendor has shipping that fails to track well, but finally updates to show, "Out for delivery". I was concerned by inability to track the order better, but all is well. Good vendor, but post-ship-tracking was left some things to be desired. Thx vendor for providing what looks like my desired product at the fairest price I could find. Apologies for my anxiety when unable to see each step-by-step tracking like usually available. Solid vendor, I give TwoThumbsUp! 👍👍
