  Since I lived in Long Beach Ca., for over 40 years I know the exact location depicted. It is East First Street near Pine Avenue. It is now part of the rightaway for the Blue Line electric trolley that operates from Downtown Los Angeles to Long Beach and returns. As described. Of Great Value because I rode the Blue line many times in its 20 years of operation. Superb Packaging, shipping and safe delivery.
