    Charles Matson printed art by lithography with artists of international stature for 30 years. At his printshop in Seattle, these artists included Jeffrey Bishop, Russell Chatham, C.T. Chew, Dale Chihuly, Joe Fedderson, Gregory Grenon, Karen Guzak, Stephen Hazel, Fuljencio Lazo, Carolyn Law, Kathleen Rabel, Jose Louis Rodriguez, Norie Sato, Italo Scanga, D.G. Smith, Shinzaburo Takeda and Brian Williams. In Montana, he worked with Dale Chihuly, Kevin Red Star, Theodore Waddell and others.Artists created works up to 35 x 46 on a specially adapted 1943 Harris rotary offset that was custom-built for the U.S. War Department and used to produce large-format maps during World War II.
