  If this family business sells what you need, then you should deal with them - the service was fantastic in all respects. And if they don't appear to sell exactly what you want, contact them and ask. I needed something bespoke, Jim got it for me, and it arrived today, just 3 days after my correspondence with him. Don't waste your time or money, if you can help it, on the large, dehumanised, profit-centred organisations - they're awful.

  The item is very good quality.The original order was not received,a fault of Royal Mail.The supplier very quickly sent replacements which have now arrived.the supplier sent these on 24 hour tracked,which Royal Mail did not keep to.They were sent on Thursday and arrived on Tuesday morning. Very good supplier with excellent communication.
