This store is the gateway to fulfilling my dreams. Hi I'm Chris and this is my store on eBay, Optical Essence. I do things the "right way" despite the extra work and costs it takes. It's 2023 and with the new year, the store has been reset, new items will be added daily.

I sell everything: electronics, literature, art, glass, lamps, décor, toys, rare items, high end home goods, and anything collectible from ancient to modern day. I enjoy learning discovering from every category.

I sell from my personal collection, estates, and acquire items every day. Each item is researched, valued, cleaned (repaired/restored/polished/tested) and photographed before it's listed. Once an item sells it's extremely well, boxes are usually cut down to size around a few layers of cushioning materials .

I avoid trying to "sell" in my descriptions and would rather people receive exactly what I have described, it also saves time for the reader because I often only describe the negatives of the item.

    The seller prepared this fragile item for shipment by placing it in its original box then surrounding it with Styrofoam--soft and hard kinds--and placing it in a sturdy cardboard box to guarantee its safe arrival. No clear tape was spared in securing all the larger box's openings! Item as described, free shipping, good value for this difficult-to-find item. Highly recommended seller.

    Shipping took a little while but that was to be expected coming across from the other side of the US. The book was extremely well packaged. I mean plastic bag, some foam, inside a box. I wish all book sellers did the same bit since they don't it's much appreciated here. Also I think the book I received looks better than it did in the pics so yeah I would definitely recommend this seller.

    Arrived on time and is exactly as described. It was packaged extremely well I mean extremely well. As for value I seen nothing to compare it with but it’s a quality piece not common so I think I got good value for my money. I would highly recommend this dealer.

    Item was packaged very well. I appreciate the seller putting a custom note in the package as it was not for and delivered to a family member. Shipping was within the time frame stated. The item was as described, in new condition with all tags and even included the original purchase receipt. Value and price on par. Super cute bag and a great birthday gift. My family member was very happy with the item.
