Hello, I can guarantee this product is 100% authentic. All my products are ordered directly through pureology which I have invoices to prove. I order my inventory as needed so that it's not sitting on a self for long periods of time and I absolutely do not open the products let alone mix them together to resale.

This is not original Pureology Hydrate shampoo. I have used Pureology Hydrate for over 15 years and what was sold in this jug is not that. The color looks correct so maybe the seller mixed some hydrate with something else. The fragrance is different and the lathering is different. Very disappointing.
