  Unfortunately my order was lost in transit. The Seller kept in constant contact with me re the situation and immediately refunded my money once I said I didn’t want to wait any longer. I’ve ordered from this Seller before and everything has been 100% up until now so I believe him when he said my order was lost in transit. I will still use this Seller because I’ve not had any complaints in the past. Thank you John for my refund.

  John was a lifesaver! I drink these religiously daily and they help with my disability. I noticed they were out of stock and messaged to check when they would be back. John couldn’t have been more helpful and shipped them asap so i could get them quickly. Great customer service, always well packaged and will continue to be a returning customer.

  Ordered 2 cans penetrating oil. Seller sent 2 tiny sachets of Koolaid. Initially though slow to respond seller offered refund. I said would prefer the items. Then he sent a message telling me to contact Royal Mail about the non delivery (obviously they were) followed up by one asking for photos of the things that weren’t delivered followed by silence. Contacted eBay who immediately arranged a refund. Good bad seller eBay excellent.
