    Shipped the item quickly. Didn’t wait four work days as so many do. Packaging protected radio while in route, even added packing in side of radio to keep things secure.     This seller is truly a cut above. I was worried about buying a shipped monitor and didn't know who to trust, so I reached out to this seller. He was a great communicator and assured me he had lots of positive experience with selling his monitors. The monitor arrived double boxed, with curved Styrofoam for the corners in between the boxes and yet another layer incasing the monitor in the main box. 3 layers! Everything from shipping to communication was perfect. Perfect transaction!

    Item came better than described, seller copied a listing but didn't realise they had a better card than the listing they copied from. card worked perfectly, too. Shipping was quick, though packing was... strange. It felt like the card was packaged like a biohazard, and there was a strong musty smell. It turned out one of the boxes smelled like it had sat in a moldy basement for years, even though it looked new. Otherwise, packing was fine.

    This transaction didn’t go as expected, but the seller certainly made up for it. The item was damaged in shipping to no fault of anyone. The seller reimbursed me and was very gracious to me in the end. I can’t thank them enough nor can I recommend the seller highly enough. Excellent communication, wonderful knowledge of the item. And in the end clearly demonstrated what a wonderful person they are. Thank you so much.
