We did not know that you cannot ship on account at UPS locations, but still spent thier own time/money getting it out to us on quicker shipping anyways! We appreciate the help! Product was exactly as described, and was packaged well. Considering the replacment pendant, new, is over 1300 dollars, we appreciate this great value replacement!

  I just received my North Face vest & was pleased. This person should get an award for the best packing I've seen. This came in a 6x10" eBay plastic (very professional) bag . When I opened It I was surprised to find it pressed in a big ziplock. So it was nicely protected. Most times sellers don't take the time to extra conceal the items. I appreciated that cause the weather is very wet where I live. Thank you so very much & I would buy again from this seller .
