Due to USPS delays, the item was late. This was of no fault to the seller. They actually reached out twice to check on me and offered a refund on both accounts. Packaging was satisfactory, but the shipping is where things faltered. This is not at all on the seller, but on the actual postal service for it arriving late. Packaging was minimalist and well. Item was exactly as described and is an authentic Leatherman tool. Great value for this product considering buying it here was a lot cheaper than buying one brand new. In all, I am very satisfied and have been carrying it every day since I got it.
