Despite being well packaged, one of the cups shattered. It was the chipped one so I'm not put out about it as I was going to replace that anyway. Put in a claim w/USPS, but found out it was an 'all or nothing' reimbursement. Since the rest of the set is in better condition than described, have decided to keep the set.

Unsalvageable and a nightmare to deal with. It was packaged in a wildly inexperienced way, no fault of usps. Seller didn’t apologize once and I had to message a few times to receive the refund. Sad to leave neutral feedback, but buyers beware if buying something fragile. :(
